One private parking space allows you to leave the car and take the scenic railway into St Ives. The station, like the beach is only a short walk away.

The exquisite living room has soaring high ceilings, giving an immediate sense of space. The eye is naturally drawn to the Juliette balcony that frames the living area with sea views that are simply captivating, it is so easy to immerse your mind & soul for hours in the ever-changing horizon & ocean. If you fancy stepping outside, a separate door within the living room leads onto the private glass fronted terrace, the perfect spot for alfresco dining, pre-drinks or simply soaking up the Cornish sunshine.

After a day of exploring the seaside towns & Cornish coastline, head back to your luxurious penthouse, collapse into the super deluxe sofa with numerous brightly coloured scatter cushions to cosy into, spread your toes in the rug whilst relaxing in front of the tremendous sea views or enjoying your favourite film on a large 55” Samsung smart TV with sound bar & Sky Q package, including sports & movies. Should you decide to venture out for dinner Carbis Bay, St Ives and the surrounding area has a wide choice of quality restaurants, modern and traditional pubs as well as several places to obtain take-away food.

The spacious hallway offers a light and airy space, boasting plenty of coat hooks & a stylish shoe bench.

Designed with an industrial style, the space embodies a combination of pure vintage aspects with contemporary features, the mix of the two have created both a welcoming & dynamic place to be. Boasting artic white high gloss units accompanied with charcoal counter tops including matching splash backs, the dark hues within the decor are perfectly balanced by plenty of natural light streaming in from the sky light. Enjoy preparing dinner with the most wonderful views & the company of guests sat at the three breakfast bar stools. If you love to cook this perfectly appointed kitchen has everything you would desire to cook up a storm!

The king-size bedroom has been carefully designed to evoke all the happy emotions felt on holiday by bringing a costal feel thought-out the space, mirroring the colour tones of the seaside – sea blues, turquarze all married with hues of soft cream all coming together to make truly tranquil surroundings to unwind. The entire room is bathed in natural light from the double sliding doors that lead out onto the private terrace. Imagine sinking into the king-sized bed & absorbing yourself in the massive expanse of ocean blue water as far as the eye can see, with miniature sail boats proudly bobbing along the bay with sails catching in the breeze.

St Margaret's Apartments are situated on St Ives Road on the old site of St Margaret's Hotel. This stunning development is perfectly positioned to enjoy panoramic views across to Gwithian and Godrevy Light House.

Completed in 2018, there are 13 apartments over 4 floors and have been built to a very high specification with underfloor heating, sliding doors to balconies, integrated appliances and oak flooring throughout. All apartments have lift access and private parking.

Availability for Sea Vista

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrival and Departure dates for your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks i.e. arrivals within 7 days, breaks are discounted by up to 20%, the dates can overlap a changeover day only if the overlap occurs within the next 7 days. Please note these reductions only apply to weekly bookings.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
