The dining area is well positioned within the open plan living space and is perfectly positioned for socializing with those preparing dinner in the kitchen or those relaxing on the sofa. Furnished with a flip top grey & oak table comfortably seating four guests. Should you decide to venture out for dinner Carbis Bay, St Ives and the surrounding area has a wide choice of quality restaurants, modern and traditional pubs as well as several places to obtain take-away food.

Designed with an industrial style, the kitchen has a charismatic chic vibe with contrasting soft hues & retro inspired copper accessories. Boasting grey high gloss units accompanied with black counter tops including matching splash backs, a pair of retro copper pendent lights and aspect window provide light and airy feel.

The comprehensive kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences you might expect including all AEG appliances; fridge, freezer, pyrolytic oven, microwave, over & grill, 4 ring induction hob with a Elicia sklock extractor hood above, wine cooler, Dualit kettle & four slice toaster, cafeteria, dishwasher and washer dryer combo.

The ultra-modern family bathroom features grey high gloss tiles throughout with a stylish pearly white suite, all bathed in natural light flooding in from the frosted window. The deep-seated bath with mixer tap, offers the perfect place for a deep relaxing soak. This beautiful room also boasts WC, large wash basin with mixer taps & mirror above, heated chrome towel rail & shaver point.

En-suite to Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom’s private en-suite is tiled throughout & boasts a spacious modern shower with large shower head enclosed by glass screen, WC, large was basin with ample under storage, chrome heated towel rail and mirror.

A selection of luxury towels comprising of bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided for each guests and White Company toiletries are available in all bathrooms.

The spacious glass fronted terrace is accessed from the living area through a glass sliding door. Idyllic setting for enjoying drinks while watching the sun set or breakfast with a view down the valley. The ocean Stretching right across the azure waters of Carbis Bay and beyond making the most breath taking place to be.

Communal Gardens

St Margaret’s

St Margaret's Apartments are situated on St Ives Road on the old site of St Margaret's Hotel. This stunning development is perfectly positioned to enjoy panoramic views across to Gwithian and Godrevy Light House.

Completed in 2018, there are 13 apartments over 4 floors and have been built to a very high specification with underfloor heating, sliding doors to balconies, integrated appliances and oak flooring throughout. All apartments have lift access and private parking.

Availability for Spindrift

Calendar View and Table View for reference are shown below, the latter shows pricing for the property.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrival and Departure dates for your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks i.e. arrivals within 7 days, breaks are discounted by up to 20%, the dates can overlap a changeover day only if the overlap occurs within the next 7 days. Please note these reductions only apply to weekly bookings.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
