But if walking doesn’t appeal, you can always take the train from the nearby Carbis Bay station.

Living Area

The wonderfully spacious open plan living/dining area can be found off the entrance hallway, this spacious room with oak flooring throughout, contemporary furnishings, original artwork and floor to ceiling sliding doors which lead out onto a balcony is sure to impress. The panoramic sea views from here are stunning, sweeping across St Ives Bay to Hayle Towans taking in Godrevy lighthouse. For your comfort there is a large modular leather sofa and two arm chairs arranged for guests to enjoy the fantastic entertainment package of 55″ LED TV with Sky package including Sports, Blu Ray DVD player, Netflix, Playstation 4 games console and selection of games and DVDs.

Dining Area

Open plan and sociable with the kitchen and living area, the dining area is located within the large conservatory, positioned to enjoy a superb sea view across the beach and bay. Seating 6, the table is a great spot to sample some of the delights of Cornwall cooked up by your nominated chef.

Entrance Hallway

When entering this stunning apartment, you are greeted into a welcoming hallway where you will find ample space for walking boots, beach gear and hanging coats.

Utility/ WC Cloakroom

The small utility room containing washer/dryer, with an Iron/Ironing board and airer as well as a useful W.C. and small sink.

Lounge Area

For your comfort there is a large modular leather sofa arranged for guests to enjoy the fantastic entertainment package.

Conservatory

Leading from the Living area directly into the conservatory benefiting from breathtaking coastal views. This room boasts a dining table with 6 chairs and a 3 seater sofa with matching chair and foot stool; guest’s can sit back, relax and take in the ever changing maritime panorama. French doors lead directly out onto the private terrace, perfect for an alfresco drink.

The modern open plan kitchen provides ample storage within the white gloss fitted units and plentiful work space on the black granite work top. Zanussi integrated appliances comprise of a 4 ring ceramic hob, oven/grill, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave and Neff extractor. A DeLonghi four slice toaster, kettle and Kenwood Tri-blade handblender can all be found, along with a fabulous selection of utensils, crockery and glassware. For coffee lovers there is a DeLonghi coffee machine provided, perfect for easing into the day with a fresh brew on the terrace or in the conservatory or one of the three high stools accompanying the breakfast bar.

Bedroom One

Bedroom One is spacious bright and airy with triple window and sea views. The super king-size zip and link is sumptuously dressed with Egyptian cotton linen and can be arranged as a twin on request. There is a large fitted wardrobe and hanging space, two bedside tables with draws, dressing table with stool, matching bedside lamps and chest of drawers providing ample storage space. A 32″ TV with integrated DVD player is provided for your entertainment.

Bedroom Two

Bedroom two is also located to the rear of the apartment with a double bed and fitted wardrobe with drawers and hanging space, two bedside tables with reading lights and a mirror. A 32″ TV is provided for your entertainment. Bedroom Two has a porcelain tile floor with underfloor heating throughout the bedroom and ensuite shower room.

Bedroom Three

The third bedroom of The Breakers is located to the rear of the apartment and is a quiet room easing you into a good night’s sleep. This room has a 3′ single bed, with luxury pocket sprung mattress and oversize duvet. A built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, 24″ LED Freeview television with integrated DVD player.

Luxury White Company Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided in all bedrooms and a hairdryer is also provided in bedrooms one and two, along with a selection of high quality towels for each guest.
Bedroom 1 and 3 have oak flooring throughout with all bedrooms benefiting from spot lighting.

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom is located off the hallway and is fully tiled with porcelain tiles, underfloor heating, wash basin, WC, slipper bath and large walk in rainfall shower. A chrome heated towel rail, illuminated mirror and shaver socket can also be found.

Ensuite Wetroom to Bedroom Two

This stylish wetroom is fully tiled with black and white porcelain tiles and boasts a large rainfall shower, illuminated mirror, WC and wash basin.

WC/Cloakroom

Located off the hallway is a small utility room with W.C., small sink, washing machine and dryer.

A selection of high quality towels comprising are provided per person for guest use. Complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided in each bathroom.

Terrace Area

The decked sun terrace leading from the conservatory has a matching set of rattan table and four chairs, a two seat sofa and two chairs, two sun loungers and footstools. A Weber BBQ is also provided should you decide to make the most of the Cornish weather and dine alfresco

    "Just back from a wonderful week stay at The Breakers.
    What a fantastic apartment! Stayed in most nights, relaxing on the decking. Weather was glorious so meant we could have many BBQ's.
    Sea Views from the bedroom, lounge, conservatory meant we could watch the sunrise most mornings. The Beach didn't allow dogs but we were allowed to walk him between 5am - 8am each morning.
    Spotless Apartment with everything you need. Felt at home from day 1. The decking area is a sun trap. Lots of sunbathing and relaxation after a busy day out site seeing!
    Love that you are dog friendly!
    Danielle was a great host, nothing too much trouble.

    "What a lovely apartment! Everything you could possibly need with a view to die for. Gazing across the bay towards Godrevy lighthouse with a sundowner was one of the best bits! Very comfy beds with good quality bed linen and duvets. Felt like home from home and we really enjoyed our stay. Good to have all the techy bits like wi-fi, smart tv, Netflix etc. All appliances were top quality and much appreciated. Parking space is tricky if you have a longer than average car but this is coastal Cornwall and that’s par for the course! Would definitely recommend The Breakers, thanks for a marvellous stay."

  • Fantastic fortnight at the Breakers

    "We had a lovely 2 weeks, weather gave us a bit of everything but the decked area is a real sun trap. We had plans to eat out most nights but ended up catering in, we didn’t want to leave that view! Apartment is very well equipped with everything you would need including dog bowls. Apartment and garden is very dog friendly although fence at the bottom underneath the deck could be scaled at ease by an agile dog. Fantastic location, you won’t need to use your car, Tesco is a short walk uphill and beach is accessible via paths at either end of the road. We ordered our shopping to be delivered online with Sainsbury’s, also Chinese in st Ives delivers to Carbis Bay and Dominoes from Hayle. We will definitely return to the beautiful Breakers"

  • Nice apartment with beautiful sea views

    "Nice apartment, kitchen filled with more than enough crockery, utensils etc. Great to have underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Found the lounge a little cold as only one source of heating but there was an electric heater we were able to use.
    Lovely to be somewhere that does not have 'do not' signs everywhere.
    Our greeter Danielle was great, nothing was too much trouble.
    Nice welcome pack of cream tea, fizz and apple juice.
    Great location, the dogs loved the beach and able to use as out of the beach dog ban season."

Availability for The Breakers

Calendar View and Table View for reference are shown below, the latter shows pricing for the property.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrival and Departure dates for your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks i.e. arrivals within 7 days, breaks are discounted by up to 20%, the dates can overlap a changeover day only if the overlap occurs within the next 7 days. Please note these reductions only apply to weekly bookings.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.

£50 Early Bird discount:
Bookings for 2020 only, min of 7 nights and not valid with any other offer. Standard booking conditions apply.
Owner minimums may apply in the low season offering up to £50 off.
Aquamarine and Ultramarine are excluded from the Early Bird offer.
Free Holiday:
The lead names of all holidays booked before 31st Oct 2019 will go into a draw and
one lucky person will win the holiday they booked for free. The draw will take place in November.
