Hallway

Upon entering the property there is a useful coat hanging area and video entry phone. Beautiful wood flooring is laid throughout the living areas of the apartment and stunning views greet you through the floor to ceiling windows.

Living Area

The large combined living and dining area is bright and airy with fantastic views of the sea and bay. The sliding French door provides access out onto the patio area allowing the fresh briney air and light to flood in. The apartment has been decorated to a high standard throughout with a contemporary theme giving you plenty of scope to relax and gaze at the view out across the bay to St Ives.

Alternatively you could enjoy the fantastic entertainment package provided whilst lounging on one of the two luxury leather sofas or leather chair with footstool which give plenty of relaxation space for guests. Entertainment offered includes a 55″ 3D Internet television with full Sky package which sits on a white gloss unit, complimentary wireless internet and a playstation 4 games console with a selection of games.

The Samsung M Series speaker provided brings all your music together in the palm of your hand, you can access your tracks wherever they’re stored including your smartphone, PC, tablet and more. In addition you can enjoy all your favourite online streaming music services such as Spotify, Deezer, Napster, Radio and 8Tracks. There are useful USB charging points provided within the living area plug socket should you need to charge your own gadgets.

The sideboard also located in the living area houses a nice selection of books, board games and playing cards for a more traditional form of family fun.

Dining Area

The dining area is perfectly positioned next to the kitchen within the main living area allowing you to enjoy the fabulous sea views. A glass dining table with four matching white leather chairs provide comfortable dining for relaxing indoors.

Kitchen

The contemporary kitchen is located to the rear of the property with a large open window into the living and dining area allowing you to full advantage of the amazing sea views. The rear window also allows additional natural light into the kitchen, with a Venetian style blind provided for your privacy.

The modern white gloss, soft close units and black granite work tops provide ample storage and preparation space. Integral appliances comprise of an electric oven/grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, full size dishwasher and gas hob with extractor above. You will also find a toaster, kettle and a whole host of crockery, glassware and utensils. A filter coffee machine is provided for early morning wake ups. The kitchen at One and Only caters for all you could need from baking items to childrens crockery making it an ideal home from home.

The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a large cupboard in the hallway.

Bedroom One

The bright spacious master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom. From the comfort of your bed, French doors allow you to take full advantage of the sea views. These lead through to the wonderful terrace, perfect for enjoying a relaxing cup of tea in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

The luxurious bed boasts a sumptuous Hypnos king size mattress with white bedroom furniture consisting of matching king size bedstead, bedside tables, two reading lamps and a dressing table with a stool and mirror. A double fronted built-in mirrored wardrobe provides plenty of both hanging and shelf storage for all your holiday necessities. Beautiful lined curtains adorn the windows along with a remote control blind that can be opertated from your bed to reveal the views. The master bedroom is carpeted throughout. A 32” Smart LED television with Blu Ray player and SKY access is at your disposal for those relaxing nights in.

A room safe is provided along with a hairdryer for guest use.

Bedroom Two

Located to the rear of the property, bedroom two has twin beds which can be configured as a twin or a Super King zip and link bed. There are matching bedside tables with a lamps and a built-in mirrored double wardrobe and chest of drawers provide ample hanging and storage space. Bedroom two has blackout roman blinds and carpet throughout. To keep you or the little ones entertained there is a 32” Smart LED television with Blu Ray player and magic eye feed from the living room Sky.

Bathroom Two

The ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom is beautifully spacious and comprises of a white suite with a bath and overhead shower, WC, large wash basin with storage underneath, a chrome heated towel rail, large mirror with shaver point and underfloor heating.

A selection of high quality towels comprising of bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided per person. Complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided in each bathroom.

Seaward Facing Terrace

The terrace faces towards the sea and can be accessed from both the lounge and master bedroom. There are breathtaking panoramic views across St Ives Bay taking in Godrevy Lighthouse in the east to St Ives in the west.
A table with four chairs along with two steamer chairs are perfectly positioned for you to while away the hours taking in the Cornish vistas and watching the fishing boats sail by.

Communal Garden

The tranquil communal gardens are situated to the front of the development and provide access down to the private gate which leads directly onto the South West Coast Path. A shower can be found within the gardens, ideal for washing off sandy wetsuits or muddy boots.

Barepta Cove

Barepta Cove Apartments are situated on Headland Road on the old site of the Tregorran Hotel. This stunning development is perfectly positioned to maximise the views across Carbis Bay beach (formerly known as Barepta Cove) and towards St Ives.

The railway station is just a short walk away, this single track line is probably one of the most scenic in the UK and links St Ives to St Erth, Penzance and mainline stations. The Blue Flag beach is closeby and the apartments have direct access onto the coastal path via a private gate at the bottom of the communal gardens, providing outstanding panoramas of the Cornish coastline.

Completed in 2014, there are 14 apartments over 4 floors and have been built to a very high specification with underfloor heating, sliding doors to balconies, integral white goods and oak flooring throughout. Some apartments have lift access and each apartment has allocated parking and a balcony or terrace. Guests also have use of the communal gardens and a designated disabled parking bay is available on a first come first served basis.

Availability for 1 and Only

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
