Around the headland are Porth Kidney Sands and Hayle Estuary, and in just a few minutes, the nearby delightful scenic railway takes you straight into the beautiful fishing village of St Ives with its lovely harbour, shops and seafood restaurants.

Hallway

Upon entering the apartment, you will be met with stunning sea views through the lounge and master bedroom doorways. There is ample space for hanging coats in the utility room and the wooden flooring has coir matting for sandy shoes or muddy boots. A video entry phone is also provided.

Living Area

The stunning uninterrupted sea views from the living area are breathtaking. Stretching right across the award-winning Carbis Bay Beach and out to Godrevy Lighthouse. Sliding glass French doors lead out on to a glass-fronted sea view balcony ideal for dining alfresco or sipping sundowners while gazing at the amazing colours of the sun setting over the Cornish ocean. Inside, the beach theme flows with coastal stripe curtains and an ocean blue coffee table. Recline into the comfy corner sofa, rest your feet upon the footstool, pour yourself a glass of wine and immerse yourself in the relaxing Cornish lifestyle. Ah that’s better. If you tire watching the sea there’s plenty to entertain you including a full Sky TV package with Netflix and sport and a selection of DVDs.

Dining Area

The open plan dining area is located near to the kitchen ideal for socialising when you want to entertain or while it’s your turn to be a chef. A glass top dining table accompanied by four chairs offers comfortable dining for the whole family or set the mood lighting for a romantic meal for two.

The open plan kitchen is set at the rear of the property, and conveniently right next to the dining area. An open window from the kitchen allows for sea views and the area is lit from natural light through a rear window.
This contemporary kitchen is styled with modern white gloss kitchen units and stylish granite worktops offering plenty of space to prep. There is ample of storage space within the soft close cupboards and drawers. This hi spec kitchen features a gas hob with extractor and electric oven & grill, integral microwave, integral fridge & separate integral freezer and full-size dishwasher. A Nespresso Magimix coffee machine with separate Nespresso milk frother
and complimentary coffee pods are perfect for coffee lovers. Other items include a toaster, kettle, crockery, utensils, glassware & hand-held blender. A blind is also provided for your privacy

A washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the utility room in the hallway.

Bedroom One

Waking up to the sound of the Cornish ocean and beautiful sea views is one of life’s true pleasures. Floor to ceiling opening French doors in the master bedroom with a Juliet glass balcony highlight stunning panoramic views of Carbis Bay Beach and beyond. lit by natural light through the glass doors this comfortable room is themed with stylish white furniture and features a spacious en-suite bathroom.

Relax on the King size bed sumptuously dressed in luxury Egyptian cotton, perfect for a peaceful night’s rest. Two bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers and a double mirrored wardrobe to provide ample storage space make up the rest of this comfortable space. A hairdryer, clock radio with mobile phone charging unit, luggage rack and a comfy chair perfectly placed to enjoy the sea views make up the rest of the room. Enjoy your favourite film in bed on the 32” Smart TV with Netflix, Freeview and in-built DVD player.

Bedroom Two

This comfortable room is situated at the rear of the property. Natural light shines in through the window making it bright and airy for a good night’s rest. Set as a twin as standard, on request the two single beds can be made into a super king zip and link bed if desired. Relax on the King size bed sumptuously dressed in luxury Egyptian cotton and throws, perfect for a peaceful night. This stylish room is themed with white bedroom furniture consisting of a bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers and a double mirrored wardrobe to provide ample storage space. A hairdryer, luggage rack, clock radio with mobile phone charging unit, a privacy blind and 24” Smart TV with Netflix, Freeview and in-built DVD player are also provided for your comfort.

Bedroom One En-suite

Bedroom One en-suite comprises of a white suite with a bath and overhead shower, WC, twin washbasins with underneath storage, a chrome heated towel rail, large mirror with shaver point.

The family bathroom provides a shower cubicle, WC, large washbasin with underneath storage. , heated towel rail and large mirror with shaver point.

Sea View Balcony

Accessed directly from the living area the glass-fronted sea view balcony offers breathtaking views of Carbis Bay beach, St Ives Harbour, Gwithian and Godrevy Lighthouse.

A bistro table and two chairs are provided, ideal for discovering the pleasure of dining alfresco or enjoying sundowners.

Communal Garden
Relaxing, tranquil, communal gardens which lead to direct access to the South West Coastal Path through a private gate. An outside shower is provided in the garden for washing off sandy feet or muddy boots

Barepta Cove

Barepta Cove Apartments are situated on Headland Road on the old site of the Tregorran Hotel. This stunning development is perfectly positioned to maximise the views across Carbis Bay beach (formerly known as Barepta Cove) and towards St Ives.

The railway station is just a short walk away, this single track line is probably one of the most scenic in the UK and links St Ives to St Erth, Penzance and mainline stations. The Blue Flag beach is closeby and the apartments have direct access onto the coastal path via a private gate at the bottom of the communal gardens, providing outstanding panoramas of the Cornish coastline. Completed in 2014, there are 14 apartments over 4 floors and have been built to a very high specification with underfloor heating, sliding doors to balconies, integral white goods and oak flooring throughout. Some apartments have lift access and each apartment has allocated parking and a balcony or terrace. Guests also have use of the communal gardens and a designated disabled parking bay is available on a first come first served basis.

Notice of Building Works:
There are building works for new apartments in the plot next to Barepta Cove Apartments. Contractors are onsite and work will be carried out during weekdays and Saturday mornings but will cease for the rest of the weekend and bank holidays. They are seeking to keep any noise to a minimum. (10/07/2017)

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrival and Departure dates for your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks i.e. arrivals within 7 days, breaks can overlap a changeover day only if the overlap occurs within the next 7 days.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available in most properties between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
