Brinyloft has a beautifully furnished open-plan living area which boasts sea views of St Ives Bay and doorway access to the balcony to make the most of the sea air. The lounge comfortably seats four people on two red sofas and has a 32″ Samsung Smart HD television with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD Player with a selection of DVDs and complimentary Wi-Fi. There is a cosy fire provided for those cooler evenings when you want to snuggle up with a good book and relax.
The dining area is within the living area and is perfectly placed to make the most of the sea views. The reclaimed solid wood table and matching chairs comfortably accommodates four people.
A stairway leads from the living area to the second bedroom.
Upon entering Brinyloft you are greeted into a spacious hallway that allows access to all the other areas of this delightful duplex apartment. There is a secure entry system and a useful cupboard for hanging coats and placing walking shoes or wellies after an energetic day exploring the beautiful beach and coastline on your doorstep, also stored here are an iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
Brinyloft has a modern Shaker-style beech fitted kitchen with NEFF built-in appliances, including an electric oven with grill, gas hob and overhead stainless extractor hood. Integrated NEFF larder fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and full-sized dishwasher. You will also discover a Dualit toaster and kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Kenwood Triblade hand-blender, microwave and ample utensils, crockery and glassware.
There is a high breakfast bar with two stools perfect for a quick bite or for socialising whilst the cook is hard at work!
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the family bathroom and living area. This spacious room boasts lovely sea views of St Ives Bay and has been thoughtfully dressed with a maritime theme, including a ship’s lantern light and beautiful sea blue furnishings. A comfortable king size bed is dressed with throw and scatter cushions and ample storage is provided in the wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with reading lamps and dressing table with vanity mirror and stool. You will also find a 32″ Samsung Smart HD television with Freeview.
The second bedroom has a lovely view of the sea through the window and twin beds, with matching bedside tables and reading lamps. There is also a bedding box and a selection of wall hooks and hangers provided for storage.
Bedroom two is upstairs on the mezzanine level reached via the staircase of 12 steps from the living area.
All bed linen and towels (face flannel, hand towel and bath towel per person) plus a hairdryer are provided.
The family bathroom is located on the ground floor adjacent to the master bedroom and has a wash basin, WC, bath with shower overhead and heated towel rail. This fresh bathroom has white tiling throughout and a large mirror and tiled shelf, providing the perfect place for your toiletries. A shaver point and vanity light ensures that you have all the essentials.
A high-quality bath towel, hand towel and flannel are provided for each guest and complimentary White Company toiletries are provided in the bathroom.
There is a separate communal terrace on the seaward side of Compass Point which is for guests to enjoy the views.
Access to the balcony is through the door from the living area, allowing you to take a breath of briny air or watch the boats go by.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
