As you enter the living area at Atlantic Watch 8 the stunning panoramic views are laid out before you through the fabulous wall of sliding doors, with glass balustrade allowing you to leave the doors open to let the fresh coastal air and light flood in. A large contemporary corner sofa with chair comfortably seating six is ideally positioned for enjoying the views out across the bay to St Ives and the Island. Alternatively, why not enjoy the entertainment system provided, which includes an LED 49” Freeview television, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, Bluetooth music system with ceiling speakers throughout lounge and kitchen and complimentary WiFi. There is a Eames rocking chair with coffee table and reading lamp allowing you to curl up and enjoy the view or a good book!
Atlantic Watch 8 has a spacious hallway that allows you to access all the other areas of this delightful home. There are 12 stairs leading down to the ground floor bedrooms and terrace. A doorway to a useful storage cupboard with hanging space to dry coats or wet suits and access to the boiler.

There is a useful cupboard with the ironing board, iron, airer, travel cot and highchair which are also housed here.
Engineered oak flooring is laid throughout, with soft furnishings which give this property a homely, seaside ambiance. Gas central heating and radiators are provided for those cooler evenings.
The contemporary kitchen provides ample storage found within the taupe gloss soft close units and plentiful preparation space is available on the granite quartz work tops. Integral appliances comprise of oven/grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, slimline dishwasher, washer-dryer and four burner gas hob with extractor above. You will also find a toaster, kettle and a whole host of crockery, glassware and utensils.
The dining area is located within the open plan kitchen ideally situated to make the spacious kitchen and Cornish light that floods this calm room. An Italian designer Eames dining table with four chairs are provided for your comfort.
If you like to give cooking a miss when on holiday, you could not be better located for ease of access to the fantastic selection of fine dining restaurants which St Ives has to offer.
This bright and spacious bedroom has floor to ceiling sliding doors which lead out onto the terrace with hot tub and glass balustrade, perfect for enjoying the stunning views of St Ives Bay and St Ives. Carpeted throughout with a beautifully dressed king size bed with stylish curved headboard, matching bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and double wardrobe. There is a 32″ LCD HD TV with Freeview and DVD player provided for your entertainment should you tire of the views. Bedroom One is located adjacent to the family bathroom.
The second bedroom is located to the rear of the property and is very quiet. There are two single beds with stylish grey headboards provided with matching bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers and double white gloss wardrobe providing ample storage for your comfort. Bedroom Two benefits from a luxury en-suite shower room.
Both bedrooms are fully carpeted and a hairdryer is provided for guest use, luxury bed linen and fluffy towels, we do ask you to provide your own beach towels.
The family bathroom is located on the ground floor and is fully tiled with stylish porcelain tiles. A matching white suite comprises of a W.C, wash hand basin with storage underneath, a bath with hand held shower unit and separate large shower enclosure with rainfall shower. A large chrome heated towel rail and large illuminated mirror with shaver point are provided.
Bedroom Two En-Suite
The En-suite for bedroom two is a luxury shower room which is also fully tiled and comprises of a W.C, wash hand basin with storage underneath, illuminated mirror with shaver point, heated chrome towel rail and large walk in shower.
Located on the first floor between the kitchen and lounge, a wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and illuminated vanity mirror.
A selection of towels are provided for each guest, together with complimentary White Company toiletries in each bathroom. Please provide your own beach towels.
Sliding glass doors from bedroom one lead onto a delightful private terrace where you can enjoy relaxing soak in the hot tub and at the same time take in the wonderful panoramic views of St. Ives Bay. A cube table and four stools are provided for your comfort. The terrace benefits from glass balustrading that allow you to enjoy the uninterrupted sea view whilst maintaining your privacy.
Although completely safe, we do recommend that all small children be accompanied at all times.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
