The living area forms part of a large open plan space comprising of the living, kitchen and dining area. Its contemporary reverse level design captures the beauty of the countryside views. It’s light and airy with natural light beaming in through the Velux windows and patio doors. To truly appreciate this countryside escape, pour yourself a glass of wine, open the patio doors which lead through to a glass fronted balcony and step outside to soak up this rural retreats natural setting. Take a breath of fresh Cornish air, you’ve arrived, this is luxury countryside living. If you stand at the front of the balcony and look left, in the distance you can see all the way out to Godrevy Lighthouse and across beautiful Carbis Bay. Inside the space is both styled and warmed by a log burner with a heat resistant glass base giving a warm cosy feeling. Collapse onto the comfy sofas and relax enjoying your favourite film on a large 50” TV with DVD player.
Dining Space The dining area forms part of the open plan kitchen and living space. A beautiful wooden crafted dining table with chairs comfortably seating six provides the centre piece to this area. It’s the perfect setting for a family get-together or for entertaining friends.
Snug or kids playroom. The snug or kids playroom offers an intimate space to escape. Full of fun features, like a smart TV to catch up on your favourite programmes. Sink into the large bean bags provided and chillout listening to music or escaping into a fantasy world with a good book. When the weather is fine you can benefit from both indoor and outside space, as a door from the snug leads out onto the sun patio and garden.
The Kitchen is part of the open plan living and dining space, allowing the chef to remain part of the celebrations. Sleek and modern in style, offering ample eye level units with high gloss Kashmir soft close doors and chrome handles. If you love to cook this well-appointed kitchen offers everything you could desire including an integrated Zanussi electric oven and grill, induction hob with glass splash back and extractor hood over, microwave and fridge freezer. You’ll also benefit from under counter down lighting, ample work surfaces, and a dishwasher. The owner has provided plenty of dishes, plates and complimentary cutlery too. The kitchen also houses an integrated watching machine providing everything a family could need in a luxury home from home.
All the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a private en-suite and garden views. This rear facing room is light and airy, with a luxurious king size bed to stretch out on and enjoy a comfortable nights sleep. Two matching bedside tables, a double wardrobe and chest of drawers with a hairdryer are all provided to make you feel at home.
This front facing ground floor room, benefits from country views. It’s light and airy with a comfortable double bed to ensure a peaceful nights rest. A double wooden wardrobe with under-storage offers ample space to display your holiday outfits. Two matching bedside tables and a chest of drawers are also provided.

En-suite to Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom’s private en-suite has a large enclosed corner shower with a glass and chrome screen and sliding door. The wash basin has a stylish waterfall mixer tap and a wall hung mirror with surround inset lighting. Other features include a heated chrome towel rail and WC.
The family bathroom offers the choice of both worlds for those who love to relax in the bath or love the ease of a shower. It has a contemporary integrated shower over with glazed shower screen and a modern bath to sink into. A wash basin with waterfall mixer tap, a wall hung mirror with surround inset lighting, WC and heated chrome towel rail, ensure every item a modern family desires is provided.
Outside first floor Balcony
The first floor balcony is accessed from the living area through sliding glass patio doors. From here you can experience the breathtaking countryside setting and take in the wonderful panoramic coastal views in the distance.
Sun terrace and patio
The rear sun terrace and garden is perfect for dining alfresco or enjoying drinks as the sun sets. Take a seat at the classic wooden picnic table on the decked area to the rear and side of the house. Sit back, relax and rejuvenate enjoying the Cornish countryside views. This enclosed spacious outdoor space is reached via the side path or via the door from the snug. A safe area for the kids to play or for the family dog. There is an outdoor tap for washing sandy paws or toes. A table tennis game and barbecue are stored in the garden shed, which is a perfect space to keep bikes and beach equipment.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
