Upon entering Godrevy View you are welcomed into a bright and airy living area. This beautiful spacious room offers two fabulous sitting areas. To the front you will find two comfortable armchairs perfectly positioned for enjoying the spectacular views across the bay via the sliding patio doors. There is also a contemporary curved leather sofa which seats six, where you can either continue to enjoy the views or the fantastic entertainment system, which includes a 40″ HD LED wall mounted television with Full Sky package including Movies and Sport, Playstation 2 with a selection of games, DVD player with a collection of DVDs and complimentary Wi-Fi. Dimmable lighting can be discovered throughout the property for creating just the right atmosphere and in the living area, you will also find an adjustable floor standing lamp.
The dining area is a great room for entertaining and is located in between the kitchen and bedrooms, although is separated off from the bedrooms with an internal door and feature glass wall. Sliding patio doors lead out to the rear sun trap decking area, allowing the fresh Cornish air to flow in whilst you dine. A large glass table with six matching chairs can be found, along with a sideboard which is home to the iPod docking station, selection of board games, books and maps.
Should you decide to dine out during your stay, there is a variety of restaurants to choose from in Carbis Bay which are all within a short walk, or alternatively, why not hop on the coastal train into St Ives and sample the delights of one of the fine dining restaurants? The Porthmeor Beach Café offers the perfect venue for watching the sun go down whilst you dine.
The perfectly proportioned kitchen offers ample storage within the fitted units and plentiful preparation space on the black granite effect work tops. It is ideally located between the living and dining areas, with the sink positioned in front of the window which looks directly into the lounge. The kitchen is tiled with neutral floor and splash back ceramics and the integral appliances include a double oven/grill, gas hob with extractor above, under counter fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. You will also find a toaster, kettle, microwave, CD/radio hi-fi and a good selection of crockery, glassware and utensils.
The utility cupboard is located next to the front door and is home to the iron, ironing board, clothes airer and a variety of beach equipment.
Both bedrooms are positioned to the rear of the property, enabling guests to enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. They are also fully carpeted and are located adjacent to the family bathroom.
The master bedroom is a spacious room with a charming bay window and a comfortable king size bed. Plentiful storage is provided within the bedside drawers with reading lamps, chest of drawers and single wardrobe with hanging and drawer space. A vanity mirror and stool, LCD Freeview television with integral DVD and a hairdryer can also be found.
The second bedroom offers twin beds, bedside drawer with reading lamp, chest of drawers, single wardrobe with both hanging and drawer storage, vanity mirror with stool and an LCD Freeview television with integral DVD.
Luxury crisp white cotton bed linen is provided in both bedrooms, along with a selection of high quality towels for each guest.
The family bathroom is to the rear of the property and is adjacent to both bedrooms. A whirlpool bath with shower overhead is sure to be welcoming after a long day walking along the coastal path. The bathroom is fully tiled with neutral ceramics and you will find a WC, wash basin with shaving light/socket and glass shelf above, adjustable shaving mirror and a mirrored alcove which provides additional shelf storage for your toiletries. To keep your towels nice and toasty, a heated towel rail can also be found.
A selection of high quality towels comprising of bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided per person. Complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided in the bathroom.
Seaward Facing Terrace
To the front of Godrevy View, the seaward facing terrace can be accessed either by the front door or the living area patio doors. This is a great position for enjoying the marvellous sea views which stretch right across the bay from St Ives to Godrevy Lighthouse, whilst dining alfresco, as a rattan table and four chairs is provided.
Rear Decked Terrace
The deck terrace to the rear of the property is a real little suntrap. Sit back on the two comfortable reclining rattan chairs and soak up the Cornish rays whilst enjoying a good holiday novel. A side table is also available, perfect for placing your morning coffee.
Logans Court Apartments are a small development of five modern apartments on Boskerris Crescent in Carbis Bay overlooking St Ives Bay with a clear view to St Ives and The Island.
Close to the Carbis Bay railway station, you can catch the train to be in St Ives within 5 minutes, also you are 6 minutes walk from the delightful Blue Flag Carbis Bay beach; Logans Court is in quiet yet convenient location.
Each apartment has plenty of allocated private parking, furnished in a contemporary style they offer comfort, style and luxury at any time of the year.

"We had a fantastic time in Godrevy View apartment. It had a fantastic view and was finished to a high standard. The communication we received was very convenient and we loved all the little touches like the welcoming cream tea in the fridge or the information pack and bag to take home. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the apartment was full of everything you could need for the week and more! We walked along the coastal path in both directions ending up in St Ives and Lelant Saltings. The views were breathtaking on both and although the walks were quite tiring they were well worth doing. We visited Casa Romano twice during our week which is a beautiful Italian restaurant within walking distance of the apartment, the food was fantastic. One of our favourite attractions was the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth. It was such a good afternoon out even for someone who is not particularly interested in boats. There are so many interesting exhibits and things for you to interact with that it was well worth the £11 admission cost! Great if it is a bit wet outside too!! Thanks for such a great experience!"
"Godrevy View was a very high standard with all the facilities we required. Excellent location and décor. Parking was particularly good at this property with a large parking space. We were holidaying with our 4 month old baby and very much appreciated that a travel cot could be provided. I found the property and Carbis Bay Holidays to be very good for our small family. We enjoyed take away's from both Becks fish and chips and La Casita restaurant, both being of a good standard. We enjoyed a lovely meal at Alfresco in St Ives and also at the Seafood Cafe. Lanhydrock was an excellent day trip as was St Michael's mount. There are so many good National Trust things to do in the area it really is worth becoming a member."

The view was spectacular and of course we had absolute wonderful weather. Loved the train to St Ives and daughter and I walked back along the path. "Amazing accommodation! Godrevy View was so clean - as if it was brand new - I couldn't believe it when I read the visitor book and saw how many years back the comments went. It is great that the property accepts infants as we had a lovely first New Year's Eve with our little girl and celebrated our engagement with the complimentary drinks that were provided. We loved the bath and the decor, and everything really!!. The Playstation was good, as the weather was bad on two of our days, but one day was glorious so we took the train into St Ives - which was lovely! We went to the Cornish Arms for an early evening NYE drink, which was very friendly. It was just what I needed, a nice relaxing break before I go back to work after maternity leave!"

"Everything was great thanks, we enjoyed our day on the Lizard, we can recommend the cafe at the car park between Long Rock and Marazion (lovely views over St Michael's Mount) for a bacon baguette, local bacon freshly cooked, makes a great final breakfast! Also we had a great cream tea at the Smuggler's Cottage, just across the King Harry Ferry from Trelissick Gardens. As regular visitors to Cornwall there are so many places to recommend but those are two highlights of our latest trip."

"The property Godrevy View was really nice. The kitchen was large and well equipped. I used the spa bath which was really lovely. The place was really child friendly and the kids loved the playstation and the dvd player in their rooms. The pasties and cream teas at Phils Pasties in Hayle were excellent and we also did the coastal walk from Gwithian recommended in your folder which was brilliant, even though it was wet and grey, especially as we spotted the seals in the bay, what an amazing experince for us Londoners. St Ives was a beautiful little town and the fish and chips and ice creams were excellent. The best beach by far was where we were at Carbis bay, the kids were in the freezing water and building sand castles, while we relaxed. Our last day we spent in the Eden Project. We enjoyed the experience and encouraged the kids to learn and spot different plants."

For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
