Upon entering Seascape you are given a sneaky peak of the fabulous sea view from the living area. The utility cupboard in the entrance hallway is an ideal place to hang coats and store wellies or beach gear.
Once you have entered the bright and airy open plan living area, we are sure the first thing you will want to do is open the bi-folding patio doors and take in the amazing panoramic sea views. These views can be enjoyed out on the spacious terrace or from the comfort of the contemporary sofa or armchairs, either way you will find it difficult to pull yourself away. Solid oak flooring is laid throughout and an entertainment unit is home to the 47″ LG Smart 3D television with full Sky including Movies and Sport, 3D Blu-Ray player with a selection of films, a playstation 4 with two controllers with various games and a Sony iPod docking station. Complimentary wireless broadband is also provided for your use.
A glass and chrome dining table with four matching white leather chairs are perfectly located between the kitchen and living area, making the most of the sea views through the floor to ceiling terrace doors. Meals can also be enjoyed out on the terrace as another set of table and chairs are provided for your use.
Should you decide to dine out during your stay, The Loft on Norway Lane in St Ives is certainly worth a try.
The modern kitchen forms part of the open plan living area, making the most of the sea views. Ample storage can be found within the contemporary white gloss units, along with black granite work tops providing plentiful preparation space . Integrated Neff appliances comprise of a combinational oven, ceramic hob with extractor above, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You will also find an extensive selection of utensils, crockery and glassware, along with a De Longhi Dolce Gusto Coffee Pod machine, toaster, kettle, Brita water filter, a DAB radio and a docking station. A telescope is also ideally positioned for watching the comings and goings in St Ives and the bay.
The large utility room is located on the ground floor next to the family bathroom, where a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, clothes airer, ironing board and iron can be found.
Bedroom One with En-suite
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers an en-suite shower room. Double French doors open out onto the patio area, perfect for allowing the fresh sea air to flow in. A sumptuous king size bed, matching bedside tables and reading lamps, large integral wardrobe and a six drawer chest are provided. Both bedrooms are fully carpeted and offer a 22″ LED backlit Freeview television with built-in DVD player, iPod docking station, hairdryer and blackout lined luxury curtains.
The second bedroom at Seascape is also located on the ground floor, adjacent to the family bathroom and boasts double French doors out onto the patio. Twin beds are beautifully dressed with scatter cushions, a bedside table with reading lamp, large integral wardrobe and six drawer chest are provided.
Luxury 100% Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided in both bedrooms with a selection of high quality towels for each guest.
The family bathroom at Seascape is located on the ground floor adjacent to bedroom one. This stylish bathroom is fully tiled with neutral and chocolate ceramics and boasts a Villeroy and Boch white suite which comprises a bath with overhead shower, WC and freestanding wash basin. A chrome heated towel rail keeps your towels nice and toasty, a mirrored cabinet with shaver socket and light is provided.
The en-suite shower room to the master bedroom is fully tiled and offers a Villeroy and Boch freestanding wash basin and WC, along with a separate shower cubicle. A chrome heated towel rail and mirrored cabinet with shaver socket and light can be found.
A selection of high quality towels comprising of a bath sheet and a bath towel are provided per person. Complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided.
Seaward Facing Terrace
The spacious seaward facing terrace is located on the upper floor and is accessed via the bi-folding living area doors. Push back the stylish doors to allow the fresh sea air in and to take in the astonishing panoramic sea views, from the Island in St Ives across the bay to the Godrevy lighthouse. Why not sit out on the patio furniture which comprises of a table and four chairs, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals with fabulous views?
Ground Floor Patio
The ground floor patio can be accessed via both bedrooms and offers privacy with two frosted glass screens.

"Seascape was reflection of the high standard that we have some to expect of Carbis Bay Holidays properties. Modern, light and airy with first class fixtures, fitting and linens, it is well thought out and a beautifully presented property. Our favourite things to do are: seal hunting at Godrevy Head:. Beach combing on porth kidney beach (please note that the footpath from the end of Headland Rd is closed): Costal walk from Carbis Bay to St Ives for lunch. Ride along the coast to Sennen cove to enjoy both the beach and the walk and views to Lands End without the crowds. Sundowners on the patio or conservatory of Carbis Bay Hotel. Our favourite places to eat this year: The new Italian on the main road (St Ives Rd?) walking distance from the apartment and excellent pasta pizza and everything else in-between! The Porthmeor Cafe just in front of the Tate. Inventive menu with the tapas a real treat. Porthwidden Beach Cafe – we had a great paella here overlooking the beach, also called for morning coffee and cakes."

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
