"We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at Innisfree - Carbis Bay is a brilliant spot for a family holiday with kids. The 3 bedrooms provide great flexibility and the views over the coast are phenomenal. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-equipped and extremely welcoming. It was just like a home-from-home. The kids loved the garden and we loved the sunny terrace! The location is brilliant - just a short hop down to the beach and so close to the station for weary legs in the evening if you fancy eating out in St. Ives but don't fancy the walk. We shall definitely be back for more adventures and exploration!"

"Fifth year to Carbis Bay and the first stay at Innisfree. It was the perfect property for us. Well equipped with everything we needed (which is a lot as we have 4 small children!!). Beautiful garden to relax in and superb views of the bay. Loved listening to the sea with the balcony doors open in the main bedroom. Fantastic location, short walk to the beach and shops. Ample parking outside the property-a definite must for us!! I would highly recommend Innisfree!"

Third time holidaying in the beautiful area of Carbis Bay and you didn’t disappoint. Very comfortable house with great access to beach. Recommend eating at the Carbis Beach Café. Thanks!
"A fantastic few days spent in 'Innisfree' The house is lovely with amazing views. Everyone very helpful and friendly and our late minute change of plan to stay an extra two days was sorted and agreed very quickly, thank you.
Taking the train to St Ives is for less stressful than driving and parking! Highly recommended.
We had a lovely meal at La Casita (top of the road, turn left restaurants is across the road) about a 10 min walk in total - reasonably priced, pretty restaurant"
Hope to be back next year!

Having been to Carbis bay several times before, Innisfree us by far the best property. It ticks all the boxes including great parking area, beautiful large garden and fantastic views. Its only a short walk into St Ives which was a nice 30 minute walk. We visited one of our favorite restaurants the 'Porthminster Beach Cafe' and enjoyed some beach days on Carbis Bay beach. Thank you so much, we love your house, we love Carbis bay and we hope to be back next year!
A lovely spot and a fantastic property! Our 5th time to the area and so we clearly love it here! Thank you so much, will recommend it to friends and family with out hesitation.
Fantastic family holiday, house well equipped and comfortable. Ideal location for surging, mermaid spotting and crabbing can't wait to come again.
A wonderful stay in your lovely home. Well equipped, clean and tidy, a real home from home. We came for our sons wedding so a few additional days of sun, sea was an added bonus. Innisfree will always hold special memories for us. Thank you also to Jo for the very warm welcome.
I like Carbis bay beach and the house is very big. I would like to come back.

"It was our 3rd visit and we've had an equally lovely stay as our first two times here. Great space for our family. Fantastic views, peaceful. Looking forward to a stay here again next year.
A fantastic week spent at Innisfree beautiful house, stunning views. Perfect location. Only negatives were both the double bed mattress where rock hard, but the owners have since replaced! :) But besides that everything else was PERFECT!

"Out first visit, and what a great place. It had everything you needed, very nicely presented and managed, thank you! We loved the gardens and views, and we had a lovely long weekend relaxing and traveling to and from St Ives by train. The house is definitely storm proof, storm Brian has gone over. It has been a lovely and cosy stay, we will be back.

"A fantastic long weekend spent in a superb house - many thanks. Lots of walks and train trips into St Ives. Dinner at Blas Burgers works highly recommend. Great afternoon out at Apple Day run by the kehellard trust. A beautiful sunny walk along the causeway to St Michael's Mount. Surfing at Porthmeor Beach. A pregnancy friendly home"
Out second visit to Innisfree and the property is still beautifully presented. Someone obviously spends a great deal of time and effort on the upkeep. Enjoyed The Gannet - lovely food reasonably prices and friendly staff. Park of the Carbis Bay Hotel Resaort but don't let that put you off. Surprised to see their big development on the beach which is almost making it a 'no go' area"
"Our 2nd visit to Innisfree and it didn't disappoint! Even the sun shined for us all of the week! The tranquility beauty and sea air was exactly what we needed. Had a fabulous time at Porthmeor and Carbis Bay making sandcastles and exploring rock pools. We felt as if we were

"A second visit, lovely stay despite mixed weather! The footpath to St Ives can get a bit slippery if it has rained, but decent shoes are fine for it. The cafe at Porthgidden recommend for a tasy meal, with good views of the beach. On Wednesday afternoons the St Ives school of paining is open for an opportunity to see an art installation and an artist studio, beautiful views of Porthmeor beach!"

"WOW what a week! The sun shined every day, we were blessed. Innisfree lived up to its website page and was fantastic. The view was amazing and every time you glanced out you smiled from ear to ear... St Ives was quite and the coastal walk from here is well worth it you can pick out your house! All the beaches and gorgeous but look out for those seagulls. Enjoy"
"Lovely holiday, beautifully presented, warm and comfortable with stunning views of Carbis Bay. Pity about the weather"

"We all had a lovely time, and felt that Innisfree was very well appointed. The BT TV box was appreciated by my parents for catching up with their favourite soaps after some long days out in the good weather!
The accommodation certainly has the wow factor, with the view from the lounge and master bedroom over the sea being spectacular; the binoculars were a nice touch...thanks."

“We had a fantastic holiday at Innisfree. Everything was expected..indeed better than expected! Property was fabulous, Michelle was lovely, the extra touches were really appreciated. Honestly the best holiday we have had in Cornwall, in fact the best rental experience we have had! Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you!”

"Wow! What a great holiday. The accommodation was stunning, we immediately felt relaxed. The children found the house wonderful – They could spy the light house out at sea at night pretending they were watching out for pirates. We loved the open plan design, our favourite eating place was the Seafood restaurant in time. The food was very good and affordable. We spent a lot of time on the beaches, which were all very clean, no dogs and friendly people. The weather was a little changeable on two days but you make the most of it,so we went swimming in the leisure centre and had a trip out to Truro. One of our best holidays."
Adrian, Yvonne and family
"Our guests who made use of Innisfree were more than delighted with the property, the amenities perfect with a very high level of cleanliness. They appreciated the personal touches left on the instructions of the owner and loved the location and views that the house offered. Our guests were with us for a large family get together and on one of our days we made use of the 300 bus from the top of the road enabling them to get a real flavour of Cornwall. St Ives was particularly interesting on probably the worst day of the year so far but made acceptable by lunch at The Portminster, excellent as always. Blas Burgers was also a great hit, praise I deed from our American relatives!"
