Living Area

Natural light beams through the large patio doors making the whole of the living and dining area bright and airy. Its open plan style offers lots of space to relax and entertain with beautiful country views from every vantage point. The room has a stylish seaside theme with an artist’s studio lamp and artwork of St Ives reminding you how close you are to the Cornish coast. Kick off your shoes, warm your toes with the comfort of the under-floor heating and snuggle up on the sofa. From here you can enjoy the breath taking views of Rosewall Hill and Cornish Moorland. After the sun has set, the whole family can lose themselves in their favourite film on a large 43” TV with Sony Blu Ray DVD Player.

Dining Area

A dining table with seating for six and a modern kitchen perfectly placed at the back of the living space also form part of the living area. This open plan style allows you to continue socialising with family and friends even when it’s your turn to cook.

Entrance

The property is entered via the front door, into a bright hallway lit by natural light, from a side window. The space is styled with a large mirror and a WC is conveniently located along the hallway at the bottom of the stairs.

The kitchen is part of the open plan dining and living space. Ideal for entertaining as everyone can feel part of the celebrations, nobody closed away in separate rooms. If you enjoy creating your culinary masterpieces while on holiday this contemporary well-appointed kitchen features everything a chef could desire. You’ll love the stylish stainless steel under double oven with four gas hobs, fridge freezer and dish washer all from AEG. A microwave, four slice toaster, stainless steel double sink and plenty of space to prepare your tasty treats, means you’ll have everything you need and more to look after the whole family.

Utility Room

To maximise your time having fun on your holiday, a utility room is located next to the bathroom on the first floor. Full of timesaving essentials, this space includes storage cupboards, a Bush washer/ dryer, airier, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms One and Two

If your dream is to wake up to the sounds of nature and views of the Cornish countryside from the comfort of your bed, then bedrooms one and two are for you. A small set of steps lead up to the second floor where both of these bedrooms are located. Outstanding views of Cornish moorland can be seen from here, even when you’re lying in bed. Lie down, look out of the window and watch nature at play, a perfect way to start your day. Natural light floods in through the windows of these private en-suite rooms. A luxurious kingsize bed in bedroom one and double in bedroom two, wardrobe and chest of three drawers. Matching bedside tablea and lamps offer everything you need for a comfortable nights rest. Both bedrooms have TV’s with built in DVD players. If you love reading a bookcase filled with local Cornish authors and classic stories can be found on the landing outside the two rooms. Lose yourself in a great novel or adventure before drifting off to sleep.

Bedroom Three

Offering beautiful country views, this rear facing bedroom is located on the first floor, up a small set of stairs. Light and airy with natural light from two windows, this cosy room is styled in a nautical theme, including a picture of Plymouth Hoe. Two comfortable twin beds, a bedside table with lamp, a wardrobe and three drawers chest offer everything required for a comfortable night’s sleep. Snuggle up watching your favourite movie on the bedroom’s TV with DVD player or enjoy a book before bed, from the bookcase on the landing on the second floor.

En-suite to Bedroom One

A large private en-suite featuring an enclosed shower with hand held shower. A wash basin, WC, heated chrome towel rail, shaver point and large vanity mirror offers the ultimate space to pamper one’s self.

The outside space offers breathtaking country views, the perfect setting to dine alfresco or enjoy a barbeque with friends. An enclosed landscaped garden provides plenty of space for the family to play or the setting for a perfect picnic, with a delicious Cornish cream tea.

Some of our Cornish cottages and houses are pet friendly, the majority are child friendly where up to 2 infants can stay, complimentary travel cots high chairs and stairs gates are provided. Some of the house have a hot tub or thermal spa, just use the filters and view the refined results.

Availability for Rosewall Retreat

Calendar View and Table View for reference are shown below, the latter shows pricing for Rosewall Retreat.

In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.

For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.

Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
