“Where do I start, on arrival dirty microwave, cob webs hanging in the bathroom, rubbish in bathroom cabinet, oven dirty, food debris in kitchen cupboard, windows that you cannot see out of, and balcony not welcoming , just not clean.”
The fridge door doesn't close properly, the grids on the extraction hood are missing, it is also coming away from the wall. There was no hot water, constantly having to use boost button. The laminate flooring moves, gaps in it everywhere. Dust in bedroom on the mirror and glass tops.
On a plus could be a beautiful apartment, good position, comfortable bed, sofas comfy. We did contact carbis holidays about microwave and cob webs with photos, also spoke to skyes about the hot water, all the other issues should be picked up on inspection, I'm on holiday at the end of the day.
Thank you very much for your feedback, we are very sorry that you encountered these issues during your stay. The owner and the housekeeper have arranged for the property to be deep cleaned. The hot water is on a timer between certain times and the boost button is then used for between these hours if you need a shower, we are sorry if this caused you any inconvenience. The laminate flooring has been highlighted to the owner to address when the season dips and there is more time other than on a change over to look at sorting this in a more permanent way.
