A 42″ Smart LCD Freeview television, Ipod docking station and DVD player with a selection of DVDS is available for guests viewing pleasure and a variety of board games are provided for those times when you fancy a more traditional evening’s entertainment.
A door from the lounge area leads to a private patio from which you can enjoy the fantastic views across St Ives Bay.
There are plenty of treasures to look at in this delightful and stylish apartment including an array of interesting prints and original artwork.
The dining table has been strategically placed in the large bay window allowing you to dine with a view across St Ives Bay without having to leave the apartment. The shabby chic style table and chairs embellished with floral detail seats four guests comfortably and mirrors the luxurious style of the whole apartment.
The kitchen at Seashore is open plan with modern black high gloss units and built in appliances, including a double oven with grill, Zanussi gas hob and overhead extractor hood, Bosch larder fridge/freezer, integrated dish washer and Clarion double sink. In addition there is a microwave, sandwich toaster, hand blender, kettle and Delonghi filter coffee machine. The kitchen is at the heart of the living area with a breakfast bar with seating for two and is perfect for socialising whilst you prepare a sumptuous feast.
The owners have taken great care to ensure all the necessary utensils, pots and pans are provided with everything you could need to make this your home from home.
This contemporary bedroom is bright and spacious with a king size bed dressed with crisp French cotton linens. There are two large wardrobes and a tall boy chest of drawers providing ample storage, two matching bedside cabinets with lamps and a vanity table with mirror to complete your home comforts. The bedroom window overlooks the property’s rear patio area, the curtains are fully lined curtains to ensure a perfect night’s sleep.
For your entertainment there is a 32″ LCD Freeview TV.
The detail and soft furnishings in the bedrooms of this property provide a tranquil and cosy atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind during their break away.
Located at the rear of the property this quiet room also looks out to the rear patio. Bedroom two is decorated in blue and white with full length curtains displaying a rural county theme with twin single beds and blue washed bedside tables. In addition there is a tall boy and built in wardrobe with both hanging and shelf space providing you with all the storage you require.
For relaxing evenings cosied up in bed there is a 26″ television with Freeview and seperate DVD player.
All bed linen and towels (face flannel, hand towel, bath towel and bath sheet per person) plus a hairdryer are provided.
The family bathroom of Seashore has a wash basin, WC, bath with separate shower enclosure, chrome heated towel rail and modern bathroom fittings. This fresh bathroom has neutral tiling throughout with a large illuminated mirror and shelving providing the perfect place for your toiletries. A linen basket, scales and shaver point ensures that all the essentials are at your disposal.
The bathroom cupboard houses a separate Zanussi washing machine and Hotpoint tumble dryer for your use.
High quality bath sheet, bath towel, hand towel and flannels are provided for each guest and complimentary White Company toiletries are provided in each bathroom.
The apartment benefits from the use of both a front and rear patio exclusively for guest use. Gwel Marten gardens are mainly lawn and provides access to the South West Coast Path.
The front patio is accessed through a door in the lounge area and opens up to the communal gardens . You will be transfixed by the breathtaking view of the stunning Cornish coastline looking across Carbis Bay beach to the town of St Ives.
The outside table and chairs are well placed to allow you to make the most of the beautiful outlook whilst you dine alfresco or watch the sunset.
For avid walkers and explorers the coastal path is a stone’s throw away at the end of the communal gardens allowing you easy access to the surrounding countryside and beyond.
The rear enclosed courtyard offers a peaceful retreat with tables and chairs and pretty potted plants, a perfect spot to enjoy reading the morning paper or enjoying a cup of coffee.
Gwel Marten Apartments occupy a superb position on Headland Road at Carbis Bay. With dramatic views along Carbis Bay beach across to St Ives and Godrevy Lighthouse in the other direction.
The apartments are a short walk away from the Blue Flag Carbis Bay Beach and also convenient for the short train ride into St Ives renowned for its necklace of 5 superb beaches. "The accommodation is clean and on perfect location. Far from noise but easy access to restaurants and supermarket. The beach is super amazing which is just few steps away from the house. In order to make a booking, please either click on the Booking Calendar dates or enter your Arrive and Depart dates of your holiday, please bear in mind these should be a Changeover Day during April to October or in any school holiday period, unless at late notice.
For late notice breaks ie arrivals within 7 days, all breaks are discounted by 25% unless the owner has set a minimum rental, the dates can overlap a changeover day if the Arrive Date is within 7 days.
Short stays of 3 nights minimum are available between October and March, excluding bank holidays and school holidays. If booked in advance, the short break cannot overlap a changeover day.
