The living area has kept many original Victorian features, yet has a fresh New England style. This tranquil room is the ideal place to sit back and take in the ever changing panoramic ocean views across the roofs of the oldest part of St Ives, from the bay window and a further sash window to the front. Not only is this charming apartment perfect for summer holidays, but during the winter months you can cosy up on the comfortable sofa with a good book, next to the red brick fire place with wood burning stove.
Solid oak flooring is laid throughout and a 32” LED Smart television with freeview, Blu-ray player, stereo with docking station, board games and a big book shelf with a selection of magazines, books and DVDs will keep you entertained in the evenings.
There is a dining area in the main living room with an antique round table seating two. Inspiring views over St Ives and the bay can be enjoyed whilst dining in at this gorgeous property.
Should you decide to dine out during your stay, you are spoilt for choice, with an amazing selection of fine dining restaurants just a three minute walk away. The Seafood Café on Fore Street is certainly worth a try, but we recommend making a reservation as it is very popular.
